In the show "Misfits" thet this is from, a bunch of youths find themselves with unique supernatural powers after a strange storm. Each story usually revolved around them learning what it was or meeting someone new and finding out their power. In this story, the guy meets a young woman who fancies him and this scene ensues. Turns out she was actually an old woman when the storm hit and gave her the power to be young again, but it wore off at this surprising moment!
